Here at Xendit, we are concerned about the current situation that is happening in our nation and across the globe. This is an unprecedented moment and we deeply sympathize with any parties that have been affected. 

The continuity of your business is our number one priority, and we’ve taken a number of actions to ensure that we continue to serve you well during this challenging time.

We would like to share with you the measures in place to ensure our systems and services run business as usual. This is so we can help you to understand what to expect.  

Developers working in a safe environment to ensure system continuity

Our teams are monitoring performance, and responding to customers whilst many of us are working from home. We have many dashboards that alert us in the event of any issues, and are prepared to deal with those issues with a roster of on-call staff. 

We have split into A/B teams to ensure social distancing. Our goals remain the same: making payments simple which enables you to transact anytime, anywhere.

Activate new payment methods from your Dashboard

To support the continuity of your business, if you are interested in activating other Xendit products including adding payment methods, you can log in to your Xendit Dashboard and request activation at Settings > Payment Methods. We will begin the activation process automatically and notify you when it is ready. For payment methods that require a physical signature, we seek your kind understanding on it taking a longer period of time as we rely on banks to be responsive.

Please expect a slight delay for some payment methods that require physical signature due to the current situation.
