With COVID-19 related restrictions in place, many retail businesses are already shifting sales through online channels to fulfil the newly increasing digital demands. Some choose to set up an eCommerce store while others engage with customers via social media and messaging apps.

As competition in the digital spaces gets tighter, businesses have to compete in reaching out and retaining customers. Beyond setting up online channels, businesses have to provide a seamless online shopping experience for end-customers.

Bring your business online instantly with Shopify

Shopify offers you the simplest way to quickly launch an online store. You no longer need to worry over server and development costs. Shopify plan comes with free hosting, domain and SSL certificates. With a clean and user-friendly admin interface, you can intuitively manage your business on your own. Perfectly customizable

Once you’re logged in to Shopify, you can start customizing your store with your style and branding. There are hundreds of themes available (free and paid) in the Shopify Theme Store or other sites like ThemeForest. You can then easily add products to your store and start selling online.

Ideal for scaling

Online stores with large inventory can use Shopify’s flexible collection features. You can group your products into collections to make it easier for customers to find them by categories of items such as clothes for men, women, children or items in a certain size or color.

If you need additional features to scale your business, Shopify App store is packed with a variety of add-on apps, such email marketing integration, contact form and even SEO audit for your store to reach more customers.

Customer Support

Unlike open source eCommerce solutions, Shopify also has a 24-hour support team to assist you in building and maintaining your stores.

Need further customization?

While Shopify is easy enough to build on your own, you can also consult with Shopify experts to take your store to the next level. Shopify experts, not to be confused with Shopify support, are independent developers who specialize in building and optimizing a Shopify store. There are hundreds of Shopify experts like SSDC available for hire to help you scale your business.
