To support our local communities during this challenging time, Xendit has launched a Business for Good initiative with up to 100 grants with fee waivers, and up to another 100 financial support programs. This is aimed towards supporting SMEs and businesses in Indonesia with fee waivers for a month, together with working capital loans to meet immediate business needs.
In addition, Xendit will support authorized charities, non-profit organizations in the fight against COVID-19 in their collection of donations and fundraising efforts. Under the grants program, Xendit will waive fees for e-Wallets and VAs (bank transfers) for fundraising for the purchase and/or distribution of most needed protective gear (APD) for medical frontliners and also donations to fund purchases of COVID-19 test kits.

Terms and Conditions
Business for Good | Grants
- Up to 100 businesses, charities and non-profit organizations are eligible for the program, for a period of 1 month.
- Grants are given by form of free credits and fee waivers in dashboard, and not in cash.
- Applicable free of charge products (VA and eWallet) for 1 full month from 1st to end of the month.
- Full fee waivers are applicable for xenpayments (money-in) payment channels of Virtual Accounts (Bank Transfers) and e-Wallets.
- All other products and services of Xendit remain at usual rates:
- Retail outlets (5.000)
- Cards (2.9% + 2.000)
- Disbursement (5.000)
- All subject to 10% VAT
- The program is eligible for existing and new customers of Xendit.
- We seek your kind understanding to respond to your application as soon as we can, and reserve the right to provide grants to businesses at our discretion.
- Customers are eligible to participate in only 1 program, either Grants or Financial Support.
- Fee waivers are applicable to xenpayment channels of Virtual Accounts (Bank Transfers) and e-Wallets only. This is applied within 1 month of full billing cycle starting from 1st to end of the month.

Business for Good | Financial Support
- Up to 100 startups/ SMEs are eligible for the program.
- Financial support will be provided via a top up to your dashboard, where you can withdraw or disburse the funds to your bank account.
- The program is eligible for existing and new customers of Xendit.
- We seek your kind understanding to respond to your application as soon as we can, and reserve the right to provide financial support to businesses at our discretion.
- Customers are eligible to participate in only 1 program, either Grants or Financial Support.
- Financial support is only available for PTs & CVs, not individual applicants. Financial support is limited to business needs only, and not personal needs.
- Applicants will be required to submit proof of use for financial support, e.g. purchase orders, office lease docs, payroll docs, etc.
- Applicants must have an average monthly sales volume of > IDR 25,000,000
- Successful applicants must make a minimum of 20 live transactions within the first 21 days, with xenpayments or disbursement channels, excluding withdrawals and top-ups prior to loan disbursement.
- Successful applicants must disclose a list of all current creditors.
- Tenor to repay financial support is maximum 6 months.
