Terms & Conditions

  1. For Individual Sellers and SMEs only
  2. Your Xendit account is live following your passing of our KYC assessment and have consented to these Terms of Promotion on or between 21 March 2022 to 21 May 2022
  3. The fee waiver shall be subject to a maximum limit of up to (i) PHP 1,800.00 per month if you are an Individual or Social Seller, or (ii) PHP 3,700.00 per month if you are a Small or Medium Enterprise entity
  4. The fee waiver under the Cashback Promo shall apply to all payment channels You are using except ShopeePay E-wallet, Credit Cards, and xenPlatform feature; and
  5. The Cashback Promo shall only apply to all transactions subsequent to your acceptance of these Terms of Promotion until 21 May 2022
  6. Xendit reserves its right to immediately terminate your participation in the Cashback Promo at any time should Xendit find that you abuse the promo, or should we find fraudulent and/or suspicious activity in Your account in relation to the Cashback Promo, or Your use of Xendit’s services. Further, You are immediately disqualified from the Cashback Promo should you breach any of the terms of the Services Agreement and the Terms and Conditions
